Scam-Uh-Life

Scam-Uh-Life is the original stage play written by Jherad "Lord Zenn" Alleyne. In 2023, Alleyne was accepted into the “Writing for Performance” project by the Royal Court Theatre in London where he developed and submitted Scam-Uh-Life for a staged reading at the Edna Manley College in Kingston, Jamaica. It was met with overwhelmingly positive reception, and led to the Royal Court Theatre selecting the play to for New Plays: International Series in January 2024.

In association with the National Cultural Foundation, Alleyne and his team produced a 12-show run of the play from December 2026 at the historic Queen's Park Steel Shed in the heart of Bridgetown, Barbados. The independent production attracted over 3,000 patrons during its run, and featured the first Accessibility Night for theatre on the island.

So I said this year I'm trying new things and I started this yeaer with this show. It was 1000/10. I laughed from the beginning to the end. My first play but def not my last.

I went last weekend. The show was excellent. I saw a clip of someone saying they laughed the entire show. THIS is an understatement. My highest praise is I would definitely watch this again. Would definitely recommend.

This show was so amazing! My hubby and I have been recommending it to everyone! We laughed so hard throughout the entire show. I can't say it's just a comedy show, it doesn't fit into one genre. So so good! Congrats
